Babies are an awesome addition to any family. I know I never really thought of myself as being a mom, when I was younger. My life seemed tough as it was already, and I was just managing it day by day. I loved the day when I became a mom of a son of my own. He was a handful and I had no handbook to follow either. And that was alright, I managed pretty well. Going to moms groups for newborns. Or even Parenting groups- just to associate with other moms and get tips from them. I did everything I could to figure out what I had to do.
It did get easier when I had my second son, and even better when I had my daughter. They say the births get easier, and they do. But as time went on, I had 2 more. Toughest births ever, and I sure did miss the easy births I had when I was younger. Even with my struggles I still felt babies are an awesome addition.
Being a Grandma Is the Greatest
My daughter surprised me when she told me I was gonna be a Grandma. I was so shocked and just so happy to find out. Like it was a dream and had to pinch myself to make sure it was real. It was very real, and I was eventually blessed with my handsome grandson. Now, having a grandchild is in a whole section of its own. It is not the same feeling of having a child. It is so much more. So much love and I also felt like I did when I had my daughter.
Cause this was my daughter’s baby, my grandson. The best feeling ever, and that is why babies are an awesome addition. I cannot imagine life without him. I don’t even remember what it felt like before he even got here. Its like he was always here, but I guess he was just waiting for the right time to show up. I feel that babies are an awesome addition to a family.
Then a bit further down the road, our family was blessed with another baby from my daughter again. We now have my beautiful granddaughter. If life couldn’t get any better, and oh my gosh. The feeling I had with her. Wow, I don’t even know how to explain how I felt. I just know I felt so happy and in love with this little baby. Life was fabulous and now I have a grandson and granddaughter. I love being a grandma.
Grand Babies are an Awesome Addition
I am so blessed to have my daugher, and she blessed me with two grandchildren. My daughter loves her babies so much, and she loves that we live so close. I am here for her to help her in anything she needs for her babies. Babies are an awesome addition, and she would do anything for her two babies. What did we ever do before these little bundles of joy ever came. They seem to grow up too fast, we are always taking pictures/videos. Creating memories.
My son also had a baby, and I missed out on seeing him when he was a baby. That’s ok, cause I know him now. Love him to bits and even more so. Cause he looks so much like my son, who is now passed. I couldn’t be happier to see him grow up. Who knew I was gonna be a grandma from my son, was a fabulous surprise.
My First Born
When I think about my baby, I know I struggled with raising him. I was a young mom with a newborn baby, and I didn’t know much either. I did learn along the way and I guess that is how it works. Glad for books and other moms. Got help any way I could. I sure did not sleep much when he was first born. Probably up to the first year, we both didn’t sleep much. But I still think babies are an awesome additon.
Why are babies so awesome?
- They are cute and so soft. Their cute little eyes and oh those cheeks. Their bodies are so tiny and fragile.
- They are a start to new beginnings, a fresh start. Many new and exciting beginnings.
- They are cuddly and soft, and oh that baby smell. New babies have, I think that is enough to get you to want to hug them more.
Having your own babies are great and grandbabies are even better. The great joy of being told your gonna be a grandma.
