Now, what does that mean? Well, I think beauty comes from the inside out, meaning. That you need to nourish your body and keep it healthy. Watch what you put in your body and take care of yourself. Beauty does not come from applying something to your face. I know we all buy these lotions and serums to look younger.

How it helped me to See Beauty Comes From the Inside Out
My hair is so much more healthier, and more vibrant. Even with the gray hair, it has blended in with my dark hair color. Oh, and my hair was wavy and now is even more curly. Because it is more healthier, and along with that it grows more too. My hairdresser loves how much my hair has changed, and grown. Cause now I need my hair cut more.
My nails no longer break like they always did. Especially with typing all day, my nails are now stronger and less breakage. I noticed also that they look healthier and no more weird color in the nail bed either.
Now as for my wrinkles, what wrinkles. My crows feet are gone. My other used to be visible lines are going away. I love how I look younger too. Others see that too.
