Did you know most people work towards getting or buying a house for the family. They may be married and have kids or starting their family. A newborn is on their way, and now they need to think of moving out of parents house or apartment. Whatever their circumstances are, think we all start of with buying a house. Or saving up for the down payment on a house in the near future.
So let’s say you have your house now. You being the husband would most likely work like crazy to earn enough to pay the mortgage and bills. Cause usually it is always the man of the house who would work. I know now and days, it could be the women working. Man would stay home. But I am focusing on the past and how it is based on life now.
Thinking of buying a house, why not see about getting your credit score higher. See if this can help you too. You will be surprised. Or even if you bought a house and now need some furnishings or even just some food cause you don’t want to cook.
I see many houses in my neighbourhood, that are Seniors living the life they worked for.
- House paid off and have savings for bills
- Built a new house, cause now it is just Mom and Dad. or wife and Husband.
- Brand new Townhouse or Cottage
Think about that for a minute. Most of these people don’t have kids around anymore. They are just a man and women living in a big house. Most likely because the kids are all grown and living their own life now. Or even live in a town or city far away from them.
Why do Parents Live In a Big House alone now?
Buying a house for the Family
This has always been a dream or a goal for many people. If you think about the 60’s and 70’s, or even back to the 50’s. This was their mission, they were just meant to get a house, and start a family. How? Get a great job or at least one that has good pay to pay for the house. There was always a stereo type that was there even before you became an adult. It was just something you were to do.
I really don’t think many people thought of it like that. They just did it and went and worked to pay for the house.
Did they ever worry about leaving the wife to raise the kids. Cause the dad would make it home at dinner time. Just long enough to say goodnight to the kids, and have his dinner. Probably didn’t even consider how hard the wife worked all day. Just expecting his dinner on the table when he got home. Maybe a drink or beer at the side table by the couch for him.
Sure he worked to pay for the bills (the house). But really he is never home and not their to help raise the kids, maybe on the weekend. But really what kind of Dad is that? Kids miss seeing their Dad, and no one sees an issue with this.
Getting tired of Renting?
I know alot of people rent places to live, I am one of them. I do dream of owning my own house for the family. I would love to have something of my very own. My own land and own fruit trees, and know it all belongs to me. But of course, owning a home comes with alot more than just a property. You have the upkeep and taxes for the property to think about also. And if you have a sewer, you need to keep the upkeep of that also.
But renting is easier.
Sometimes, but you do still deal with a landlord.
Washer breaks, call the landlord and she/he gets a repair person in to fix it. Any appliance repair is for the landlord to worry about. Again, if you own your house, it is your responsibility and no one elses. That is what would be new for me to get. But owning a house, would be so great.
So I think that weighs out the negativity things I think about. Cause this would be your own, call your own home. Sounds pretty great. To have your dream house?
Times have Changed now Because Dads now stay home or Work Less
What about doing some blogging and some other stuff with that? I have something great here and you can see it here. Watch the video and see what it’s all about. Take a leap and make this your plan A and not your plan B. Want to learn something new and exciting then this is for you. Share it later in life, leaving this as your legacy. Do all the work and leave it for someone. That is something that can be done. Or do all the work and hand it over to a family member and have them have all the benefits.
Think you don’t need this, or maybe want to just keep a memior of your own, then this is it. Your own thoughts and all online. I love it and this is nothing like I thought it was. Because you don’t know till you jump in. Never be alone on your journey to make money from home and your financial freedom. Have a purpose to look forward to each day, knowing your working. But hey, it sure don’t feel like work though.
It’s too much fun, and my days just fly by. Very real and that is my thought each and every day. So easy, as long as I do what I need to do. Each and every day. So simple, you will be floored when you see it!
Work from home and have many ways to earn an income, very doable here. Make lots of new work buddies that are here along your journey of building your business. Exciting and that it is. Just no one has faith in themselves and don’t even just Do it. They cross it off the list before trusting they can do it. Why??? You want to have fun and make some money too?? Easy and it is.
