I want to lose weight but I just don’t even know where to start. I would love to lose even just some inches off my waist or even go down a size. Is that possible? Where do I start, my Dr. says I need to start exercising.
I always struggled with my weight and just was not happy with it. So I eventually just gave up. But I have recently found something that changed my weight on the scale and I actually LOST WEIGHT!!!! You heard me right I lost weight.
