When you are lactose intolerant help is what I need. I see everyone having a bowl of cereal or pizza with cheese. I know I used to be able to have these when I was a child, and as I grew up I no longer could. Now, I grew up some more andfound this great product that helps me so much. This works and helps me so much that I now can have milk stuff without getting tummy sick. Enjoy my bowl of cereal in the morning and maybe even some yogurt.

I love this great little snap I take in the morning. I make sure I have this and it is safe to have with my cereal. Or even a filling one of-oatmeal, brown sugar and milk. As long as I know I have been keeping up with taking these every morning. I know I am covered, and I can eat and have no fear. No upset tummy and I know I won’t be miserable either.
