Surprising uses for Vinegar- there are so many uses for this versatile product. I have found so many uses and so many different kinds of vinegar out there. You may already know the vinegar you find in your store, and apple cider vinegar, there is also Cleaning Vinegar. Which that too, can be found in your local store.
Cleaning your Computer Mouse
When I need to clean my Computer’s Mouse,
- I use a 50/50 ratio of vinegar-water solution.
As I have a Mac, so I use this to clean the outside of it, and dry right after cleaning it.
If you have a Windows Mouse with a removable tracking ball, you can make the same solution to clean it. First of all, you would remove the cover to get to the ball in your mouse. Use a cloth with the 50/50 solution on it, wring it out. Then wipe the ball clean and the rest of the inside of the mouse. Use a cotton swab for all the small spaces inside. Get out all the gunk and dirt from the inside of the ball chamber. You will let this all dry for a few hours before reinserting the ball. You can use either white vinegar or apple cider vinegar for cleaning this. You could also use some rubbing alcohol and water, as it will dry faster.
If you still have some of this solution, you can continue and clean your computer, printer, and keyboard. Make sure you shut them off first, before. you start to clean. Do Not use a spray bottle, as you do not want to spray these. I would dampen my cloth and clean these, make sure you squeeze out any excess liquid also. To get into the tight crevices, you can use cotton swabs to clean. Especially around the buttons and the keys on the keyboard. Now everything is all clean and when all dry you can get back to what you were doing before. If it was scrolling the internet, you may find something here that may interest you.
