Things do when stuck at home, are what everyone is thinking lately. I know I was thinking that earlier, is the reason why I am writing this now. We wonder, what can we do when we are stuck at home?? Well, it depends, are you stuck indoors or just stuck at home??
If you only stuck at home, there are a lot of things that you could be doing. It’s almost time to start planting a garden. Or you already are, because of your planting your flowers outside. But to plant a vegetable garden is a bit more work. You need to prep the ground first or your raised beds. You will need to get it ready before you plant anything in your garden.
Should I plant a garden is what I have been thinking about lately. Better to grow my own or buy vegetables in store?
I have started my plants indoors already. In tiny little pots, to start the seedling for planting. I still not sure how much I am gonna have in my garden. So I did start with about 8 seeds per vegetable I was wanting. Cause sometimes they all don’t survive.
My son has started raking leaves outside, which will go in the garden also. For a base, to help it hold water better, I will be adding some shredded paper to it also. Which is another things do when stuck at home. This task seems to be never ending and always needs to be done in the Fall time.
Another thing I am doing is catching up on my sewing projects. That I never had the time to do before. Also, I am crocheting more blankets now. I have also done my spring cleaning already.
Things You Can Do while Stuck at Home Is Read
You could be reading books or even going through all your books and taking out the ones you read, or will not read. Even recycle your magazines, if you find that your not reading them. Or even shred them, and add to your garden, I think you should be able to do that.
I have many books that I need to read and never make the time to read them. We all should be reading, it is a good thing for us. Helps us to unwind and relax, and it is good for our mind also. So when you think you just need a break, maybe all you need is to pick up a book. You never know till you pick one up, you may love reading.
You could do some outside painting if your house needs that. Or even house repairs, you been putting off. Now that your stuck at home, these might be the things you could be doing. Not keep saying that you don’t have anything to do. There’s a lot inside and outside that could be done.
Learn how to sing I think most believe it is easy to do. Sing with songs off the radio or the tv. You believe you’re singing great!!
What else Can You Do?
You could start rearranging your house or even cleaning out your kitchen if that is something that needs to be done. Need some natural cleaning products to go with all that cleaning. There is so much, or even organize your shop or even your office. Or maybe even upload all the pictures that you been meaning to do, this helps clean up your phone when you do this.
Things do when stuck at home, and this is just one of my thoughts. If I actually think about things and what I always say I have no time for. These are the things I should be doing in my free time. Which I know right at this moment I have none. I sure do make the most of all the time I do have in one day. Schedule all or most of my time. Make time for the things I need or have to get done.
Have A Hobby?
I love to color in my Adult Colouring books. I never really made the time for them. But I sure do enjoy coloring some pages. I realized that it actually doesn’t take that much time to just color a few pages at a time.
Things do when stuck at home, if you sit and think of ways to occupy your mind. Other than sitting and watching tv or scrolling through social media. You can sit and color and create a page of Art, in your free time.
Cleaning Up My Desk
I think about how I want to set up my desk, how will it work for me. For now, I need it. I need my printer, but now that it is Bluetooth enabled. I can actually have it anywhere I need to have it. In the next room, it doesn’t matter where it is. Long as it’s on the same wi-fi signal in my house.
I have found that I like that printer, and now I have two printers. Cause my daughter got a brand new one gifted to her. She didn’t have a use for it, so I got it. Amazon has some great printers, I did get one of mine at Bestbuy.
Now that I work so much from home, and I again am moving my desk. Seems like I just can’t make my office to how it words for me. I thought of this yesterday and that is one of the things do when stuck at home.

No Need For Excuses
No more excuses, saying that you just don’t have the time to do it. Cause not you have all the time you need to get it done. Just a matter of how much do you want to get done. How much are you willing to do?? Especially when you think of things do when stuck at home.
I will do as much as I can in one day. Cause tomorrow is another day, to continue doing what I was doing the day before. I will keep going, for as long as I need to everyday, till it is all done.
