Quick Easy Dinners

Quick easy dinners is what I currently am trying to think of as of today. Go cook a bunch of chicken up and add the side dishes later. Or even alot of ground hamburger or pork chops.

I need to have meals that don’t require alot of time to put together. Easy to microwave and heat up. Where I don’t need to stand there and cook for an hour.

Have someone come in my kitchen and heat up for me. Or even just add to a crock pot and heat for supper. That may even be an idea.

Where To Start??

  • ready to reheat easily to assemble, in containers
  • already cooked.
  • can you microwave it?? Or does it need an oven to heat?
  • Is it a one-course meal?
  • can I throw it in a crockpot? and come back to a cooked meal?

Some of the thoughts I am thinking about.

Only cause I have a weekend full of meetings this weekend. Can’t be bothered with cooking at all. Don’t want to have to just order for Chinese food, or have some A&W for dinner. Or if pizza was an option, I would order that.

But I have to remember, I need breakfast. Can’t live off donuts and coffee for breakfast. Well, I probably could, but come on now. Not the healthiest choice of food. I may have too much sugar for my morning.

But it sure does sound great, who wouldn’t love to have donuts and coffee every day!!! Someone that isn’t worrying about their weight!! Or one with a high metabolism.

So I do not know what I am having for my breakfast. May just end up being some cereal and a bagel. And my coffee of course.

What Is For Lunch??

No clue what to have for lunch. But I am thinking something that I can throw in the microwave. And eat right away. Maybe some quick instant meal you may buy in the frozen section in your local grocery store.

That is the option I am leaning towards right now. Simple easy and fast, and I will be eating very soon after. I just need a drink, a pop for the sugar rush. To help keep me going on during the meetings. I don’t know if I can do coffee. Think I will get the shakes. Too much coffee isn’t good for me.

I do need the food energy for the day though. So something that is more filling the better. I may go for a rice dish, or a pasta dish.

My daughter recommended checking out the deli for some food. They make some good sandwiches or even chicken salads. They are always changing the menu. So that may be one option.

When I Need Dinner

I am not to sure what I will be eating for dinner right now. But i was thinking for my dinner on Saturday, will be Chinese food. I am just going to get chow mein. That’s it, and maybe a small side dish. Dinner for one basically.

I wonder if I get one for the next day, if it will still be ok. I will put it in the fridge of course. But I don’t know if I can or will want to have chow mein two days in a row.

But, it is Chinese Food for one. Who doesn’t like Chinese Food, always love having it. But I will need to decide what i need to have. Cause my dinner needs to be something fast and easy.

As I will be preoccupied with what is going on. Things will be happening on my computer that I will need to focus on. So as I said before, needs to be simple and easy quick dinners.

Quick Easy Dinners has to be the first thing I will need to figure out what to have. How long does it take to heat it up and will I eat it. Cause if you tell me I am having peanut butter and jam sandwich. I know I won’t get all excited, but I would eat it.

I want to make the most of my weekend. Enjoy the food I am going to have. Not to get stressed out about what I have to make for dinner. I do that already now. Cause my kids need to eat and I am the one that makes the food here.

Maybe I could make a spaghetti dinner one night. Save some and then make a baked spaghetti dinner for one of my meals.

This Weekend Is Different

Weekend of computer work for me. Need to focus and not worry about how or what I am cooking for my breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Easy, stress free meals and they have to be good too. So I think I will treat myself to some good deli meals. Maybe some quick easy dinners you find in the frozen section of the grocery store.

Because this weekend is for more focus on my at-home job. I for sure will need my Bran Imagined for all this time I have to have focus and clarity. When you are super busy you look for quick easy dinners to make.

Going Away For Work

Awesome times ahead for me and I am so excited about what is coming. I will be sure to finish preparing for it. In the comfort of my own home. I was going to go to a hotel room. But knowing I wouldn’t get a good night’s sleep in a different bed. I decided to stay at home.

This is something that is online right now anyways. So if I can do it from home, why not just stay home then.

Decided to splurge on the food I will get for my meetings at home. Since I am not spending on a hotel room.

Less stress for me too. Home has everything here already, no need to have to pack either. No need to have to move my computer’s either.

Also, my computer’s are too big to have to move. Because using a macbook for the hotel. Is something that I know I would not like. I am used to looking at a bigger screen.

And, too much stuff to drag to the hotel. Clothes, bathroom things, all my necessities. Computer’s and notebooks, pens, paper. ipad and chargers and phone charger too. Drinks and snacks and food. Maybe an extra blanket too.
