Travel Around In British Columbia is something I have started to do recently. As I never really went farther than a few hours away from my home. So it is great to check out all the places that are around me, that I never even knew were here. I love Camping, which is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and check out new sites that you never been to.
Recently I have travelled to Revelstoke, I was there before. But not in and around Revelstoke. So that was another experience for me to see, we discovered a great little swim spot. Revelstoke’s own Aquatic Centre, they have a great lazy river, waterslide, hot tub, sauna and a steam room.
My kids and I loved the Lazy River, as we have never seen one before. It for swimming, located in the pool, but it is moving. You can swim with the flow, or grab a pool noodle and float along with it. Was so much fun, I will be going back just for this, and the camping there. We have more to check out there.
We still have to make it to the P.N.E.- Pacific National Exhibition. This is located down in Vancouver, B.C. and only happens during the summer. They have Playland at other times within the year. Great place for your next big trip if you want some great carnival rides and games.
They even have Concerts for you during the Summer also. Some headliners too, I hear they are great to go to. I believe it is outside too. Even a Petting Zoo too, great Carnival Food. I love the Mini Donuts that they sell, oh and the Candy Apples. Yummy, and can’t forget the burgers you can get there too. So much fun, if you go, plan to spend the Whole Day there. Because they are that big of a place, and you will not be able to look at everything in one day!!!!
So if you’re thinking of checking out Travel in British Columbia, the PNE is one of the places you should research and see what it is all about. Especially if you never have seen the commercials on this place. Cause it is somewhere you want to be. And bring your kids too, for memories that they will remember for a lifetime.
With being on the road all the time, traveling, and checking out the sites. You will need some energy for sure, we have you covered on that.
