Cleaning up your desk is a big task to tackle in one day. You might need to still work while you’re cleaning it. You don’t want to lose anything either. An important paper or item you may need later. I lose my pencil sharpener every time.
I lost my remote to my stereo, which took a week to find it again. So no music for my stereo, because I needed the remote. So be careful what you move and know where it is.
But my desk is not covered in papers, but more or or less electronic devices. My ipads and cell phone. Notepad/scratch pad and all kinds of pens.

No matter what is on the desk, it does need to be cleaned. Your desk needs to be functional and you need to be able to find things on it also. No matter what your looking for, it has to be easy to find.
My Desk!
Right now!!! Is a big mess. Hard to find a charger, a pencil sharpener. You can’t even find a blue pen. All other colors you can find, but not blue. Or even a highlighter is a struggle to find.
So I have to start cleaning up my desk!!!
So as you know, can I work?? Almost is not very functional. I have some space for my keyboard and mouse. Hardly room for my notepad and pencil. So I need to figure out a system to clean each night when I am done working. Tidy it up a little anyways. That may help.
Need to keep your desk tidy and clean. So you can jump right into work the next day. No getting mad cause it is a mess. You can’t find anything!! It has to be tidy- so you have to get to cleaning up my desk.
I have to look at all the things on my desk. If I need all that is on my desk. Does it all need to be there? Can I move it or just leave it there?? My current struggle right now.

- keyboard
- mouse
- notepads and pencil
- charger for keyboard or cell phone
- pens and markers
- lotion
- bills?? this is where I pay them.
- sticky notes.
After I wrote that, I sure do have lots of triples of all these items. Probably 20 different colors of pens, in pencil holders. Another one for markers, and pencils.
So again, that is why I have to clean up my desk. Too many of the same items on it. Making it cluttered.
Well I know I need to tackle cleaning it up. So it works for me. As I really need just my keyboard and something to scribble on. But sometimes I need something for phone numbers and notes. So again, I don’t know where or how to start to clean my desk.
