Need To Exercise

Need to exercise more? But you just don’t know how or even where to go or start. Well, start today, no better time than now! Now, how about just starting to get some walking in. We all like to be outside, and if not. Then this would be a good start. We all need fresh air and getting outside is easy and free. Pick a good time of day, when you know you are willing to do some walking.

Or maybe you are one that wants to run, but just don’t know when or how. Start small, maybe just start with around the block or for five minutes. Good start, and stick with when you want to run. Or maybe you don’t like running, well slow your pace down and walk and run. At least you know you need to exercise more, and this is a start.

Why Exercise?

For our own well-being, everyone should exercise. Our brain, heart, and lungs need oxygen, which we get from exercise. We all want to be healthy and not over-weight. We want to be here for ourselves and our family. So to help yourself be healthy, exercise is what we all need. You can go and look for yourselves and see why we need exercise. Our Dr. tells us also, even when you went to school you were always told exercise was needed. Why do you think we all had P.E.

There are so many exercise machines out there on the market to buy. With all that is going on in the World, we find ourselves not liking how we now look. Since we could not go out and be around others. All stuck indoors, but that didn’t mean you had to stop exercising. You could have got outside and started to go for a walk, by yourself. Still exercising, but just not at an exercise gym. Or you could have gone out hiking if you were blessed to live near somewhere to hike. Mountains are good for that, or even somewhere that has some trails. Put some thought into it, and you can think of how to exercise by yourself.

Your health will be better and your body will be thankful. You may have a hard time at first, but it does get easier. You just need to stick to a routine of exercise. Decide your time and what you will do. Just be consistent on what and when you will do this exercise.

What Makes Exercise Better?

Music makes it better. You can have it either on your phone or an iPod. Yes, I still own one of those. Oh, and I even own one of the older ones that don’t have Wi-Fi on it. Great for when I don’t want any interruptions on my walk. Once you have an iPod or your cell phone, you need some headphones. I like my Bluetooth if I am using my phone. Cause if I get a call, I can easily answer it while I am walking.

A great playlist in your music makes it even better. You can choose what app you use for your music. I like Spotify, and that is where I make my walking playlist. Depending on the mood I am currently in. Mostly it would just be my walking tunes I would listen to. Once you’re set up with your music and almost ready to step out and go for a walk. Remember to dress for the weather too. I love the new scarf I got recently. Loving my Sholdit, it is an infinity scarf that has a zipper pocket for my cell phone. So I can now go hands-free and do not need to hold my phone now.

You ever feel like the day has just gotten away from you. You are starting to feel all stressed out and just want the day to be over. I have felt like that just yesterday and I needed to get outside and go for a walk. It was also suggested that I go and read my beebetter book, which will help me to see things differently.

Best Thing You Can Do For Yourself!

Is to get outside and get some fresh air, go for a walk. You can either catch up on some podcasts or listen to some new songs. That you just hadn’t had time to listen to and now you can. Or even listen to an audiobook, just pick something you know you will love. Now, you are doing two things at once, going for a walk and listening to something you have been meaning to. Oh and you are getting some exercise too, so three things you are actually doing. Wow, now how awesome is that? Your body will love it, and so will you. Enjoy some fresh air and you will be done exercising before you even know it. Because you enjoyed your walk. Doesn’t get any simpler than that!!!

Another simple thing you can do also, is to add at least a half hour of some light reading. I have started the book Secret again, and the beebetter book. You can choose any book you like, as long as you are reading. Oh and it has to be an actual book, not a magazine. This is to exercise your brain, and gain you some knowledge. Also, it is very calming to read. Even better, go outside and read. As long as it is not so sunny where you can’t see the pages, then you need to go out at a different time.

No matter what you think you need to relax, just go and get it done. You will notice a shift in the way you feel, and you will feel better. Small changes, if your not used to it yet. Just remember this is for you and your wellbeing.
