Organize Yourself

Organize yourself is something that starts with your surroundings. What does your living space look like? Clean and neat and tidy? Or messy and just all over the place? Take a moment and stop and look around your place, even where you are sitting right at this moment. Is it cleaner and tidier is that why you are sitting there? Cause it is the clean spot in the house, or it is away from everything. Meaning it is not touched by others and never got messy. If it did it is all your mess.

Unless this is your work space and you know what is there. It is wher you work each and every day and you even eat there. No lying you know you eat there too. So you are in charge of what your spot looks like. I feel at home when I sit at my desk, cause this is all me. No one else but me. And I like that no one comes along and touches any of it.

I set my self up at my desk each morning. My brain dumps each week and I make sure my calender is checked. so I plan out my day and schedule it out. So I am organized cause you do need to organize yourself.

How To Get Yourself Where You Want To Be!

I actually just filled my place with things I randomly bought. No real reason why I bought something, maybe it was on sale. It was a great deal and I had to get it. Or even I just wanted to try it out, and see if I liked it.

So I needed to figure out what I actually loved in my place.

Which really meant it was time to declutter my place. Needed to get rid of things that I don’t even know why I have it. I still have this problem to the day now,and this is why I always think you need to be organize yourself.

So it started one room at a time. I started with the area I am in always. The KITCHEN. My decluttering started because I needed to want to be in there and not be stressed out. I love to bake, and I realized I hadn’t done that in a very long time. It is a never ending process, and I am still doing it today.

Start to declutter your place, where you look and are the most. Even just start to take ALL of it away. See how it makes you feel. Like the feeling, then you will slowly understand how much you want in your own space. What is your comfort zone of feeling great!!!

Love Who You Are

You love who you are today and tomorrow. Make sure that you have enough sleep and tomorrow is a new day. Plan what you do for that day when you wake up, not when you go to bed. You start to work on yourself always, but you need to make sure you sleep enough, I have something that will help you with sleep too if you struggle.

You need a good sleep and will have less stress for you and just start each day off with one day at a time. Can do your routine of cleaning and such, like i start my day off with a morning walk. No matter what you do, just make sure it works for you.

Doing these simple things will make you feel great, and love who you are. Don’t be hard on yourself and be kind to yourself!! Know you are doing your very best. Just watch what you can accomplish in one day and strive to do more or work better the next day. You will feel great for all the new steps you take to make your life even that much better. Baby steps and progress to more as time goes by. Day by day and remember to be kind to yourself and not hard.

Work Also-From Home

Do you do this too? Well, then this sure will help with that too. Knowing what your day is going to be like. Maybe you need to add some appointments into your day also. You can work around all you need to get done. As I said, roll it over to the next day. If you don’t get it done. The world will not fall apart if you don’t get it all done in one day!!! I love working from home and working my PBS in my time in the evening. I make sure to make the most of my time each and every day.

But I do work many hours. All my days are different from one. But I do love what I do and am getting better at time management. I do housework and work each and every day. Some work may take over so housework gets pushed back.

Each person is different, and you can get what needs to get done on your own time. No pressure at all on the things that need to be done.

You can work from home and manage your home too. It can be done. Believe me, cause I work from home also. I am slowly learning how to get it all done and be easy on myself too. I find I have energy in the morning, so I clean my bathroom and vacuum. After I go for my morning walk. I will come back and clean up my desk or do a load of laundry. Or even put some laundry away. Wash some windows maybe, or just run around and tidy up. Then I get to work. Cause I sit at my computer, I will get busy on their and research and do my calls.

I think we are just normal hard on ourselves at all times. Just need to schedule your time right and manage your tasks. It does get easier once you get the hang of it. I am getting better day by day.

You Can Organize Yourself

After your day or even during your day. Take a moment for yourself. Meaning, a walk. Or even a cup of tea. Or even just sit and read. Take yourself away from everything else. Living in that moment and taking that time to just enjoy it!! It will just help you to relax and rest your mind. Helping you to reset yourself in order to move forward with your day. Or even the week. To help with keeping stress back and keep your focus on what the task is. You need to be all-in on what you are doing each day/week. Making the most of you, being less stressed out. It does help to organize yourself!!! For the better.

Start A Journal

This may be something that would benefit you. Some may not. I guess it is a personal choice. Maybe even learn how to brain dump. To organize yourself again. Getting your thoughts on paper and in front of you. I basically have a regular notebook to brain dump. I just write random things I am thinking at the moment. Not specific to really anything. Just a few words.

Could just be my task of reading my book. I need to make a new playlist. I need new ideas. Or write down my new ideas. Or even something that I thought of that day and just wanted to remember it. I do scribble in the corner today’s date.I am slowly starting to doodle on my pages. Helps me a little, since I can’t just pull out things to color. I will do just a little drawing on a page. Basically, this brain dump is just to get yourself out of your own head. You need a way to get ideas out of your head and quit thinking about them. Or even try to remember sometime later. Just another way to organize yourself again. Whether it be a journal or just a notebook.
